You review their answers in your dashboard, click Generate, and AI produces a structured, professional project brief in under 60 seconds. Download it as a branded PDF, send it to the client for alignment, and start every project with a document that protects both of you.

Why we built it

BriefOps is a product of Vrexis Technologies, a software company founded by Patrick Hogan in Texas. After watching freelancers across every discipline lose billable hours to the intake and scoping process, we set out to automate the parts that do not require human judgment — and make the parts that do faster and cleaner.

The product is built with a focused free tier and expands based on what real freelancers and agencies actually need. No bloat. No project management suite. Just briefs.
